Getting Started

How does My Box Shop subscription work?

It’s easy to live toxin free! First, select which product(s) you want and number of boxes you'd like delivered every other month. Enter your shipping and billing information and no more going to the store.

How frequently will My Box Shop subscription come?

Free shipping on orders every other month.  We ship your order every 8 weeks because we want to help save the environment by conserving shipping materials and reducing your carbon footprint.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, when you sign up for My Box Shop, you’ll automatically be shipped products every other month.  You can visit the My subscriptions page under MY ACCOUNT to adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.

 Can I order both tampons and pads?

Absolutely!  You can customize your order with both tampons, pads and liners.  Select what absorbency levels work best for you.

How do I contact customer service?

Subscription Management

How do I log into My Box Shop account?

Click "Log In" on the top right corner of our site and enter your email address and password. Click "Next," and you will be logged into your MyBoxShop account. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go.  To cancel your subscription, sign into your account and go to the "My Subscriptions" page on the left-hand side. Next to each product you want to cancel, click "Cancel." 

If I want to skip an order, how do I do this?

You can skip (or un-skip!) an order before 12 AM PST (up to 48 hours before) on the day your subscription is set to renew. If you skip after midnight on your renewal date, your order will have already processed. If it is past midnight on your renewal date, please reach out to us at help@myboxshop.com for assistance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

I need to change my quantity/absorbency – how can I do that?

Go to your account, and click edit box, from there you can make any changes to your subscription. Any changes, additions to your order need to be done 48 hours before we ship.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes! Standard shipping is FREE. If you need expedited shipping, we offer 2nd day air.

How can I track my order?

Each order has a specific tracking number that will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email address on your My Box Shop account, you can request your tracking information by emailing us at help@myboxshop.com.

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I did not receive it.  What do I do?

Life happens.  Sometimes, our packages will be delivered to a neighbor or a mail center. If you look around and are still unable to find your MyBoxShop order, just email help@myboxshop.com and we'll make sure you get your products.

My order arrived damaged or arrived with the incorrect products.  What should I do?

Oh no, please reach out to us at help@myboxshop.com and we'd be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Payment and Privacy

Is my account secure?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Amazon Pay, and Paypal.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your card the day your subscription renews and your order processes. We will always send you a reminder email 2 days before your order is set to renew, in case you want to adjust or skip your order before your payment is processed. 

Please note that skips must be placed on every product that you don't want to receive before 12 AM PST (48 hours prior) on the day your subscription is set to renew. If you skip after midnight on your renewal date, your order will have already processed.

How do I update my billing/shipping address or credit card on file?

To update your billing information, sign into your account <here>. Once logged in, go to "My account" in the upper right-hand corner, and then click "Billing information" at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can edit your billing information by clicking "Edit address" under your current billing address, or "Update card" under the information for your current card on file. 

Are MyBoxShop tampons tested on animals?

We love all furry animals, so our tampons are not tested on animals.

How do you insert a tampon?

Each box of tampons comes with special instructions on how to safely insert a tampon.

Why organic?

What you put inside your body is important.  We care about your health.  Our tampons are made with organic cotton which is grown without pesticides or insecticides, and they free of any chemicals, dyes, bleach or fragrances.  

What makes MyBoxShop tampons unique?

They are made by the top manufacturers, using the best organic cotton and are GOTS certified and FDA approved.

Where are my tampons made?

Slovenia and Barcelona.

How do the tampons expand?

Tampons are designed to expand inside your body like an upside-down umbrella, to absorb your menstrual flow. 

What absorbency levels do MyBoxShop tampons offer?

We currently offer super plus, super and regular tampons to meet your different menstrual needs.

How often should I change my tampon?

The FDA recommends that you change your tampon every 4-8 hours.  Please don't leave one in for more than 8 hours.

What absorbency levels do MyBoxShop pads offer?

We offer Day Pads and Panty Liners (FOR LIGHT DAYS OR TO BE PARED WITH A TAMPON ON HEAVY DAYS INCASE OF LEAKAGE)

Are your pads organic too?

Our pads have an organic cotton top sheet to protect your skin from ever touching something harmful again.

Do your pads have wings?

Yes!

How often should I change my pad?

It depends on your flow.  We recommend that you change your pad every 3 to 4 hours to prevent odor from bacteria.

What is the difference between a day pad and a night pad?

A night pad is longer to accommodate sleeping positions.
